1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using GreenHills Landscaping's website, services, platforms, or communications (including SMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description GreenHills Landscaping provides landscaping and outdoor services for residential and commercial clients, including but not limited to: lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, seasonal cleanups, hardscaping, snow removal, and related outdoor property services.

3. Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

4. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, software, systems, and intellectual property associated with GreenHills Landscaping remain the exclusive property of GreenHills Landscaping and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, use our systems lawfully, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and avoid misuse, abuse, or spam activity.

6. Service Availability We strive to maintain high service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. GreenHills Landscaping is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or business interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

8. Termination Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach, abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use.

9. Confidentiality All client information, data, and proprietary materials shall remain confidential. This obligation survives termination.

10. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance) By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, booking forms, lead forms, or other communication channels, you consent to receive SMS communications from GreenHills Landscaping.

SMS use cases include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, system notifications, support communications, account alerts, promotional and marketing messages, and follow-up messages related to services.

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

11. Age Restriction (18+ Requirement) By using our services and providing your mobile number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
